We would like to welcome you to the Two Edged Sword website. We will be publishing lessons taught at Northeast Baptist Church over the past few years. All scripture used is the King James Version and lessons will be those taught by David and Trent Austin. They come from an Independent Fundamental Baptist understanding of Scripture using a pre-tribulation, pre-millenial position on the end-times and with a literal-grammatical-contextual-historical understanding of Scripture.
We will also be publishing various articles dealing with Christian doctrines, discipleship, growing in grace and the knowledge of Christ and warnings of modern heresies and worldly influences that can draw the christian away from following Christ. Bro Trent will also be writing some of the post articles. Various other contributors will also be contributing on occasion.
We will eventually be posting a series of lessons that will cover in some detail the History of God’s holy city Jerusalem and her kings, both past and future. We also will be posting some lessons on various topics. Please feel free to use any of these lessons in your own studies and/or lessons. Just be sure and give proper credit/citation to the author(s). I have borrowed from a few commentaries and attempt to give the, proper credit where used. These include John Phillips, J Vernon McGee, Matthew Henry and the Believers Bible Commentary and a few others as well. I also will be including quotes and articles from David Cloud’s website Way of Life.Org
